Adult Dogs

The Nutritional requirements for the different breeds are important to consider when feeding. For example, a neutered cocker spaniel, a maltese, a Doberman bitch, and a terrier all with skin problems would have different needs and requirements. This is a good example of why you should not trust pet food companies that state their food is good for all dogs in every breed.

Ingredients:

4 Cups Chicken Thighs
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Onions
1/2 Cup Fresh Basil or 2 TBLSP Fresh Ginger
14 Cups Water
Bring this to a boil and Cook on low heat for about 1 hour
Then Add:
4 Cups White Rice
1 Cup Barley
3 Cups Carrots
1 Cup Sweet Potato
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup Potato
3 Cups Greens (Spinach or Bac Choy)
1 Cup Chicken Broth or 1/4 Cup of Fat
2 TBLSP Seaweed
At this point cook everything together on Low heat, cover, until rice is done and stir every 10 - 15 Minutes.
You can also supplement this diet with the following things if you want to.
Raw, or Soft Boiled Egg
Cottage Cheese or Yogurt
Fruits: Papaya, Guava, Lilikoi, Apple, Citrus
Oatmeal Cereal with milk and honey
Natural Kind Dog Biscuit
Rice Crackers (Low Salt) with Sesame Seeds
