Cooking Instructions: |
| Cook Farina According to package directions including salt. Cool: Add Remaining Ingredients to Farina and mix well. Yields about 2.2 pounds. A 60 pound dog would need about 3 3/4 cups per day. |

Adolescent Dogs |
| Because at this age many breeds are growing at an accelerated rate, it is recommended to increase protein and mineral content of the food. This can be done by adding raw ground meat such as turkey or beef, cottage cheese or micronutrients such as spirulina to the meal. |
Ingredients: |
| 4 Cups Beef or Lamb Soup Bones 6 Cloves Garlic 2 TBLSP Fresh Ginger 14 Cups Water 4 Cups Brown Rice 3 Cups Beets 3 Cups Carrots 2 Cups Broccoli 3 Cups Spinach 1/2 Cup Lentils 3 Cups Beef Heart or Beef Liver 1 Cup Ground Turkey or Ground Lamb |
Cooking Directions: |
| Add Soup Bones (Beef or Lamb) to water Heat to boil and then slow cook for 1 hour Add all remaining ingredients and stir every 15 minutes or so add more water if needed. Cook until done. Remove the bones and save as treats. |
| This food can be given once a day to supplement your regular dog food or as a complete food. |
| Grating Some RAW Carrots or Daikon (1/4 Cup) and mixing it with your dry food plus a tablespoon of yogurt will kelp your dog digest the food. |

Adult Dogs |
| The Nutritional requirements for the different breeds are important to consider when feeding. For example, a neutered cocker spaniel, a maltese, a Doberman bitch, and a terrier all with skin problems would have different needs and requirements. This is a good example of why you should not trust pet food companies that state their food is good for all dogs in every breed. |
Ingredients: |
| 4 Cups Chicken Thighs 6 Cloves Garlic 1 Cup Onions 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil or 2 TBLSP Fresh Ginger 14 Cups Water |
| Bring this to a boil and Cook on low heat for about 1 hour |
| Then Add: |
| 4 Cups White Rice 1 Cup Barley 3 Cups Carrots 1 Cup Sweet Potato 1 Cup Celery 1 Cup Potato 3 Cups Greens (Spinach or Bac Choy) 1 Cup Chicken Broth or 1/4 Cup of Fat 2 TBLSP Seaweed |
| At this point cook everything together on Low heat, cover, until rice is done and stir every 10 - 15 Minutes. |
| You can also supplement this diet with the following things if you want to. Raw, or Soft Boiled Egg Cottage Cheese or Yogurt Fruits: Papaya, Guava, Lilikoi, Apple, Citrus Oatmeal Cereal with milk and honey Natural Kind Dog Biscuit Rice Crackers (Low Salt) with Sesame Seeds |
